MRS. SENA WASSON

Mrs. Sena Wasson, 73, died Saturday at 5:55 a.m. in Graham hospital, Canton, where she had been a patient for a short time.

Born in Trivoli, Ill. Feb. 27, 1876, she was the daughter of John W. and Josephine (Borst) Higgs, and married Frank Wasson there Feb. 27, 1895. He died Jan. 30, 1945.

She was a member of the Baptist church at Glasford and the Philippine chapter, No. 413, Order of Eastern Star there.

Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Renwick, Viola, Kansas, Mrs. Mildred Robertson, Brimfield, Mrs. Nell Andrews, Peoria, Mrs. Helen Lightbody, St. Louis, Missouri, Mrs. Geraldine Collins, Glasford; a son, Harold C. Wasson, Glasford; two sisters, Mrs. Meta Sleeter, Rinebeck, Iowa, and Mrs. Nellie Dikeman, Farmington; a brother, Thomas N. Higgs, of Elmwood; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at the Baptist church in Glasford tomorrow at 1 o'clock. Burial will be in the Trivoli cemetery.

Friends may call at the home after 3 p.m. today.

Endsley & Son funeral home are in charge of the services.
