Mrs. Hayes was the mother of Max Hayes, who heads the Illinois Public Aid Commission office in Peoria and is survived by two other sons, C. T., of Brimfield and Donald of New Mexico and brother Walter Miller of Brimfield and David Miller of Grand Rapids, Mich.

She was married Aug. 1, 1906 in Elmwood and was a member of the Brimfield Union Church.

NOTE: Mina was born on Feb. 12, 1878
