MIDDLE SECTION
There are three benches in this section. One is of marble and
is near the North fence. The other two are facing
west close
to the marker. This marker designates the spot where the
Church stood.
Marker:
"On this site a small brick church was built in 1848. It was
replaced in 1869 with a larger frame church.
It was dismantled
in 1951."
The area was first called KIMZEY town and later PLEASANT
GROVE.
This is a beautiful spot, cool and shady under huge old trees, a quiet
place to meditate.
