Dr. Charles R. Louis was born on 18 September 1869 and Mr. August Louis was born 5 October 1864. Both attended the schools of our city, learned the business of their father, who had already established it in the year 1863, and today it operates under the name "Nic. Louis Sheet & Metal Works and Gravel Roofing" business. After the father death both sons continued the business of the father, and after the death of the brother August, who died 4 May 1903, Mrs. Charles Louis is the exclusive owner of the business. Mr. Charles Louis was in 1897 elected into the city council, he still belongs today.
