L. Lang

The above picture shows the readers the leather/saddle business of Mr. L. Lang in the year 1883; he opened at 1416 South Adams Street.  Beginning in the small building, Mr. Lang succeeded, so that today he is the proprietor of one of the largest leather/saddle businesses in the city.  Mr. Lang was born 29 Dec., 1860 in Reustadt, Hessen-Darmstadt, and came to Peoria in the year 1882.
