Dr. Hero Kruse 

Dr. Kruse was born in the Province Hannover on 13 April 1842. He studied at the University Berlin and Heidelberg Medicine and attained a doctorate in the year 1866 in Heidelberg. His special studies were eye operations and ear medicine from the professors Albrecht von Graefe in Berlin and H. Knapp in Heidelberg. In October of the year 1866 he left them and came to America as a specialist for eyes, ears, neck, and nose problems, in Peoria. Since then he undertook six study trips to Europe and made specialized studies at Vienna, Berlin, and Munich. Since the last 20 years, Dr. Kruse has practiced eyes and ears medicine; also practically applied Electro Therapy and has made Special Studies. Today Dr. Kruse is the most experienced specialist in Peoria from these areas of medicine.
