Mr. Huebinger was born in the year 1843 in Limburg on the Lahn. Here he completed public high school. In Wiesbaden he worked in a photographic studio and then established himself in the well-known bathing resort Bad Ems. In the year 1882 he came to America and operated 11 years in the city Davenport, Iowa, a photographic and art studio. Since 1893 Mr. Huebinger is in Peoria. His studio is at the corner of Adams and Franklin Street, two levels up. Mr. Huebinger is an artist in his subject.
